Returns policy:

Hai! Jade here! Just hitting you with all the boring stuff:

As each item is made to order, sales are final. Theres a size guide on each listing to help match yourself to the correct size. If you're unsure send me a email on - Jade.clark1@btinternet.com and I can help you! 

I can swap items like tops, skirts etc.. For a smaller or bigger size but briefs and leotards cannot be exchanged due to obvious hygiene reasons. If you're wanting to exchange an item for a different size, you will have to cover postage costs. Please allow time for a new item to be made for an exchange which can take a further 1-2 weeks. 

You must email me within 3 working days of receiving the item if you have any problems and want to exchange.

As its just me that cuts out, sews, packages up and posts each item.. PLEASE PLEASE allow 12 working days for your item to be made, before it is shipped. Unfortunately I  only have one pair of hands, and I assure you I'm working my lil butt off to get your items out ASAP. 

I do returns/ refunds if the item is faulty! - As I want you to be 100% satisfied. 

Upon the very rare occasion, that your parcel gets lost in the post, I cannot be held responsible. I send everything tracked and have proof of postage.
